Antonio Queiroz

Antonio Queiroz is the Chief Digital Officer at Euroclear, a leading international central securities depository. In this role, he oversees the company's digital transformation initiatives, focusing on enhancing client experience and leveraging data and innovation to drive business and technological advancements.

Before joining Euroclear, Queiroz had a distinguished career in the financial services industry. He served as the Head of Business Development in European, Mediterranean, and South American countries, and was responsible for digital coordination within BNP Investment Solutions. Earlier in his career, he was a tech entrepreneur, founding and co-owning Ptitchef.com, one of Europe's largest food tech startups.

Queiroz has been instrumental in advancing Euroclear's digital initiatives. Notably, he led the issuance of a €100 million digitally native note from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of securities trading.

His leadership in digital transformation has been recognised in various industry discussions, including insights on operational excellence and talent engagement in the context of Industry 4.0.
