Aurélie Cécile Rosette is a Belgian entrepreneur and creator of the 8 P's of Work™, a science-backed motivation model .

She served the Flemish government in data analysis and reporting during the pandemic and co-led large-scale transformation projects in the financial industry, managing Agile planning complexity and driving change. She also held roles as vice-president and board member to the international social impact organization Academics For Development and researched the durability of cross-cultural information systems.

Aurélie joins SuperNova in her capacity as founder of OTCHO where she merges the scientific literature on work motivation with the practical needs of modern-day business.
