Barbara Soalheiro

Barbara Soalheiro is the founder of Mesa Company and the creator of Mesa Method, a radical efficient approach to solving complex problems.  She is also a partner at FLAGCX, an ecosystem of companies accelerating change in the creative industry. 

Her daily work consists in working side by side with some of the most extraordinary professionals of our time (people like Russlyn Ali, Marc Ecko, Naomi Watts, Stephen Bronfman, Kobe Bryant, Fernando Meirelles) and some of the final decision makers inside the largest organizations in the world (Google, Facebook, Coca-Cola, Bayer and many more) helping them create solutions for extremely complex challenges.

Barbara has been pointed out by several media outlets around the world (Good Magazine, Forbes U.S., Wired, Fast Company Brazil to cite a few) as one of the people pushing the world forward. A former journalist, Barbara was editor-in-chief of Colors, the groundbreaking magazine founded by Tibor Kalman and Oliviero Toscani and produced by Benetton. She is also a writer. Her book Como Fazíamos Sem... won a Jabuti, Brazil’s most prestigious literary prize, and is present at libraries in every public school in the country.
