Becca Carrol

Becca is an executive business design director at IDEO. Her career has spanned entrepreneurship in real estate to healthcare to fintech and anchors in designing products and services that make financial systems work better for people. At IDEO, she has led innovation strategy creation with leading Fortune 500 companies, and created portfolios of ventures focused on system change. She co-led Last Mile Money, an innovation initiative in partnership with the Gates Foundation that builds more human-centered financial products for unbanked people globally. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with distinction from Bates College.
