Before her role as Head of Collective, she joined Wintercircus as Program Director for Flanders Technology & Innovation (FTI) in Ghent where she played a key role in bringing together the ecosystem that bridges technology with societal impact. Previously, Dorien served as Head of Operations in a leading mobility tech scale-up and held a key position as Manager at Accenture where she specialized in IT strategy, digital transformations and implementations for major clients. Her IT background and experience in consulting gave her a deep understanding of how emerging technologies and businesses intersect to drive growth. At that time, she was nominated twice as Young ICT Lady of the Year and served as a role model for women in tech, demonstrating her commitment to empowering others in the technology sector.
