In 2023, Elizabeth moved her family to Europe for a year of exploration focused on travel, culture, and natural wonder. Now based in Belgium, she runs her own management consulting firm and conducts research at VUB’s ArtScience Group in Brussels. She specialises in guiding individuals and organisations to release limiting structures, creating space for meaningful change.
Her upcoming book, How to Leave Just About Anything, offers a humorous and compassionate roadmap for navigating life’s transitions. Combining personal insights with actionable advice, it empowers readers to break free from limiting mindsets, habits, and environments.
A Herman Fellow for Women in Entrepreneurship, Elizabeth earned her MBA from Rensselaer (a US university steeped in space research and technological innovation), where she honed a strategic, future-focused approach to leadership. She sees strong parallels between the journeys of artists, entrepreneurs, and scientists, and her work explores the intersections of art, innovation, and human potential. Elizabeth equips individuals and organisations to shed outdated systems and embrace opportunities for transformation.
