Eva Metsu is an experienced General Counsel with a strong background in hospitality and SaaS. With expertise in corporate matters, fundraising (including a $80M Series B), M&A, financing, and commercial contract negotiation, she has a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and support to businesses.

Known for her pragmatic, results-driven approach, Eva excels in navigating complex business and legal challenges, always focused on finding effective solutions. Her can-do attitude and out-of-the-box thinking allow her to tackle issues creatively and efficiently.

Currently, Eva serves as the General Counsel and a member of the Leadership Team at Lighthouse, a cloud-based data intelligence platform for the hospitality industry. She has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth from 90 to over 600 employees, with a global presence and rapidly expanding customer base. Eva is passionate about improving efficiency and operational effectiveness in fast-growing companies.
