Gordon Vink

Gordon Vink (54) began his career with the Dutch government in Information Management and Technology, where he developed a strong foundation in his field. He then moved into consulting, joining Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) as a senior consultant. Later, Gordon co-founded and led a group of consulting and software development firms, which were ultimately acquired by Deloitte Consulting Netherlands.

In 2016, he co-founded a company specializing in Learning Experience Systems, helping it grow into a recognized leader in the market. This achievement led to the company’s acquisition by BCS HR Software (BCS), part of the Main Capital portfolio, in 2023. As COO of BCS, Gordon now oversees operations and contributes to the company’s Buy & Build strategy.

With extensive experience on both sides of the Buy & Build process—having successfully sold companies and now playing a key role in acquiring and integrating them—Gordon brings a unique perspective and hands-on expertise. Throughout his career, he has combined a pragmatic approach with a focus on collaboration and results, making significant contributions to the growth of every organization he has been part of.
