Ingrid De Clercq

Ingrid De Clercq is chief people officer at Deliverect, one of the five Belgian unicorns. This fast-growing company has five hundred employees and twelve offices all over the world. Ingrid embarked on Deliverect's journey with a vision for "Purposeful Scaling": to create a culture-first company from the start by being deliberate about purpose and values, translating them to concrete practices and weaving them through everything they do. She recently wrote a book about her adventure: Shaping Company Culture, How to build and scale a growth culture. 
 
With her consultancy company Ouzia, Ingrid’s work has included projects to build an entrepreneurial culture, developing, launching and coaching innovation programmes for larger companies, and mentoring management roles in young, innovative companies. 

Ingrid was a guest lecturer on entrepreneurial team composition for Imperial College, London, the University of Brussels (VUB) and the Erasmus University College in Brussels. She has also been a keynote speaker and facilitator at innovation conferences all around the world.
 
Ingrid has a Graduate Certificate in Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of New York, Buffalo, is a FourSight Master Trainer in Mindset Certification, and a Certified MBTI Trainer Type I & II.
