Jeroen Van Hautte

Jeroen Van Hautte is the co-founder, Chief Product Officer (CPO), and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of TechWolf, a leading AI-driven skills intelligence platform. With a passion for both engineering and entrepreneurship, Jeroen helped TechWolf grow into one of the fastest-growing companies in the HR-technology sector. A Cambridge University alumnus, Jeroen also holds the distinction of being the highest-scoring Computer Science graduate in the history of Ghent University. Under his co-leadership, TechWolf has raised $43 million in funding, securing strategic investments from major players such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday. TechWolf’s AI-driven platform helps organizations like Booking.com, GSK, Synopsys, and HSBC solve complex workforce challenges by providing real-time insights into skills, skill gaps, and internal mobility. Jeroen has been recognized for his work, with a spot on Forbes' prestigious "30 Under 30" Europe list in 2023. TechWolf's innovations have not only been recognized by the World Economic Forum (WEF) but also earned them the title of HR Tech Company of the Year. With a lifelong interest in technology and a strong academic background, Jeroen has built a dedicated engineering team, grown TechWolf's capabilities from an MVP created in his Cambridge bedroom, to a fully established product, and continues to drive forward its mission to revolutionize HR with AI.
