Peter Adams

Peter Adams has extensive experience in both the Belgian and international financial sector. Before joining ING in Belgium, he served as managing director and senior partner at Boston Consulting Group, leading BCG’s European People and Organisation Practice. Before that, Peter was the managing partner for BCG in Belgium and Luxembourg. Since joining BCG in 1999, Peter has been involved in some of the largest transformations in the European banking industry, in particular in the Nordics, UK, France and Benelux, advising retail and commercial banks and insurers on a broad range of strategy, operations, and transformation issues. As of the 2nd January 2021, Peter Adams acts as CEO for ING in Belgium.​​​​​
