Stefan Dierckx

Stefan Dierckx is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Projective Group, a leading independent company specializing in pan-European program and project management for the financial services industry. Established in 2006, Projective was created to manage and deliver complex projects within the financial sector, focusing on implementation and successful delivery to help clients achieve lasting change.

Under Dierckx's leadership, Projective has grown into a successful organization with a team of over 500 consultants and offices in key European cities, including Brussels, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Zurich, and Amsterdam. The company has been recognized for its excellence, ranking among the top consultancy firms in the Netherlands in 2024.

In addition to his role at Projective, Dierckx is a co-founder and Founding Partner of Smartfin, a venture capital firm.

Stefan is also a co-founder of Minos Capital, an early-stage private investment vehicle focused on fintech investments and The Glue, a software platform to enable financial services companies to accelerate innovation and facilitate rapid transformation initiatives.

Stefan is currently involved in a broad range of high-end change programs within the banking industry in Europe and also acts as independent board member for Bank van Breda. This experience helps him to further shape his view on the financial industry trends and issues.
