Steffen Georg

Steffen Georg pursued his interest in microorganisms and electrochemistry over 15 years with two  degrees in biochemistry at Technical University of Munich, five years of academic group work  in Germany, Spain and Belgium, followdby a PhD in the Wetsus Water Technology Institute in collaboration with Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Exposure to real-world problems during practical work with water boards and companies, , inspired him to start into industrial applications with Aquature, a company that generates green chemicals and hydrogen from liquid waste using bio-assisted electrolysis.
