Breaking barriers with female leadership in Tech

SuperNova is a hub for innovators and tech leaders. Bringing inspiring people together is what we do. That’s why we’re taking it a step further – connecting female leaders in tech with ambitious young women. It’s our way of making sure that women become more represented in the male dominated tech world. Because today, only 10% of founders in Belgium are female. 

Let’s change that.

Breakdown of the program

Are you a young, ambitious woman in a leading role in a tech company or startup? Then this program is exactly what you need to skyrocket. 

You’ll get the chance to meet incredible women and hear their stories. Engage in meaningful  conversations, get to know who they truly are, and be inspired by their many achievements. And all of this in an easygoing environment designed to create genuine connections.

We created unique settings for you to enjoy this opportunity to the fullest. Breakfast with one of our female keynote speakers, speed mentoring with local heroes, ... The full program is almost complete, and it’s already clear that it offers unique opportunities for future female leaders in tech.

We will select 10 motivated female entrepreneurs who fit the following criteria.

Leading a tech startup or scaleup?

  • (co-)Founder or shareholder
  • Innovative and scalable company
  • Based in Belgium (legal HQ)
  • Market-ready product or service

In a tech leadership role within a corporation?

  • Leadership role (any level)
  • Working on innovative & tech projects
  • Based in Belgium (legal HQ)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take on the market
