Eva Faict

After previous career steps at Deloitte and Accenture, Eva joined Amazon in 2015 as Retail Operations Lead for Books in the London office. In 2017, she moved to Luxembourg, where she led the launch of 'Delivery Experience' and 'Prime' for amazon.com.tr and amazon.nl. After 8 years working at Amazon, she led the launch of Amazon in her home country, and subsequently leading all aspects of the business, including responsibility for growing selection and improving the customer experience for amazon.com.be. From January 1, 2025, she took on the role of Country Manager for both Belgium and the Netherlands. Eva was born in Ghent and holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics, majoring in Taxation Law, from the University of Leuven (KUL, Brussels Campus).
