Robin De Cock

Professor Innovation and Entrepreneurship Antwerp Management School

Robin De Cock is a professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Antwerp Management School (AMS) and the University of Antwerp. He was previously a member of the innovation and entrepreneurship group at the prestigious Imperial College Business School in London and is currently a guest professor at ETH Zürich (ranked #7 in the QS World University Rankings 2025). Robin is the academic director of the Master in Sustainable Innovation and Entrepreneurship program at AMS and was awarded the Best Teacher Award at AMS in 2021. He also serves on the valorization board of the Flemish Technology & Research Institute (VITO) and has coached and taught entrepreneurs in London, Zurich, and Antwerp. In addition to his academic roles, he is active in executive education, where he has been involved in designing and delivering corporate innovation programs for a diverse range of clients, including Grant Thornton, SAP, Pidpa, Argenta, BESIX, KPMG, J&J, Aquafin, VRT National Television, and the Belgian Olympic Committee. Robin’s research focuses on three core areas: technology entrepreneurship, corporate innovation, and sustainable entrepreneurship. He has presented his work at leading conferences worldwide and published in top management and entrepreneurship journals, such as the Journal of Business Venturing and the Journal of World Business. Recently, he launched a new book, Mastering the Pitch: Science-Based Strategies for Success.
