To make all this happen, we’re building an exceptional team — and we’re looking for a Program Intern who thrives on structure, speed, and human connection. You’ll coordinate speaker logistics, streamline backstage flows, and support VIP hospitality with confidence. It’s hands-on, high-energy work — and trust us, no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll be a part of the core team behind SuperNova, CyberNova, The Future & An Evening With
• Support the planning and coordination of conference sessions and speaker logistics
• Communicate professionally with high-profile speakers, partners, and suppliers
• Take ownership of operational and organizational tasks across the team
• Help manage budgets, schedules, and resources with precision
• Assist with internal team communications and teambuilding activities
• Anticipate challenges, spot opportunities, and proactively take initiative
• Serve as the main contact for travel and hospitality for high-profile individuals
• Lead a team of stage managers on-site to give speakers a flawless experience

Who You Are

• A strong communicator in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus but not required
• Organized, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and international guests
• Detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple priorities
• Not afraid to speak up, bring ideas, and solve problems
• Ideally available full-time for a minimum of 3 months
