Anne Masson is a Belgian cybersecurity executive. She currently serves as Business Unit Lead Cybersecurity & Networking at Cegeka, where she leads the company’s cybersecurity operations in Belgium and works with organizations to strengthen their digital resilience. Cegeka was recently awarded by Whitelane for the 4th year in a row as the "best cybersecurity company in Belgium". Originally trained as a lawyer (KU Leuven), Masson began her career in the insurance sector at Marsh, focusing on risk management and risk transfer, and contributed to the launch of the first cyber-insurance products in Belgium. She later held leadership and commercial roles in technology and insurtech companies, including Shift Technology and Vialegis (House of HR). From 2022 she served as CEO of Eye Security Belgium, helping expand cybersecurity solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. With more than two decades of experience spanning insurance, technology, and cybersecurity, Masson is known for promoting a pragmatic approach to cyber resilience, emphasizing that cybersecurity is not only about technology but also about trust, risk awareness, and business continuity.
