

Barbara Soalheiro
Barbara Soalheiro is the founder of MESA Company and the creator of the Mesa Method — a radically efficient approach to solving complex problems. She is also a partner at FLAGCX, an ecosystem of companies accelerating change across the creative industry.
Barbara works side by side with some of the most remarkable professionals of our time — including Russlynn Ali, Marc Ecko, Naomi Watts, Stephen Bronfman, Kobe Bryant, and Fernando Meirelles — as well as top decision-makers at global organizations such as Google, Facebook, Coca-Cola, and Bayer. Together, they tackle some of the world’s most challenging problems and design practical, transformative solutions.
Recognized by media outlets such as Good Magazine, Forbes U.S., Wired, and Fast Company Brazil, Barbara is widely seen as one of the people pushing the world forward. A former journalist, she served as editor-in-chief of Colors, the groundbreaking magazine founded by Tibor Kalman and Oliviero Toscani and produced by Benetton. She is also the author of Como Fazíamos Sem..., which won Brazil’s most prestigious literary prize, the Jabuti, and is featured in libraries across the country’s public schools.
