Béatrice Cossa-Dumurgier is the CEO for Western Europe at Revolut, where she leads the development of the company’s banking activities across the region from its Paris-based Western Europe headquarters.
Béatrice brings deep expertise at the intersection of traditional banking and high-growth technology businesses. She began her career at McKinsey and the French Ministry of Finance before joining BNP Paribas in 2004. Over a 15-year tenure, she held several senior leadership positions, including COO of Retail Banking and CEO of Personal Investors. She later served as COO at BlaBlaCar and at Believe, the world’s leading independent digital music company, where she supported periods of rapid international expansion and operational scaling.

Alongside her executive roles, Béatrice has held significant board positions. She recently stepped down from the Board of Directors of Société Générale to take up her position at Revolut and continues to serve as an independent director at Peugeot Invest.
