Bruno Vandegehuchte is co-founder of Wintercircus and Head of the Wintercircus Startup Campus and Academy. He kicked off the Wintercircus project from day one, from concept to execution, helping shape it into a leading European sartup campuses and technology hub. Currenlty at Wintercircus, Bruno leads the selection of resident tech startups and designs the expert calendar and learning track of the startup campus. In parallel, as Head of Wintercircus Academy he drives the build-out of a new generation of education tech programs within Wintercircus Academy. Co designed with Vlerick, programs such as Engineering Leadership and Growth by Design help leaders navigate complexity, scale systems, and lead high-impact teams. And our kids? They can learn to create in team during the Academy's AI for kids summer camps. Earlier, Bruno founded Level Up, The Big Score and Supernova, and boosted Belgium’s first VC matchmaking events connecting European founders & international, deep-pocket VCs, and co-founded SuperNova. Having seen hundreds of researched startups pitches, Bruno brings supportive perspective on what it takes to build, fund, and scale. As an opinion maker, he actively advocates for the interests of startups, challenging policymakers, corporates, and institutions to build / be ready for what's next. He serves on advisory boards (including Helan), bringing technology & change perspective to strategy and innovation.
