Chris Kubecka, The Hacktress, is CEO of Hypasec and a cybersecurity and hybrid warfare strategist. A former U.S. Air Force aviator and Space Command member, she advises multiple governments, the UN, and international organizations on cyber conflict, critical infrastructure defense, artificial intelligence, and geopolitical risk. She is a former Distinguished Chair of the Middle East Institute’s Cybersecurity and Emerging Technology Program.
