Started at delaware when we were 125 consultants and today we have a company of 5,000 people and we do 600M revenue. I worked within delaware on different business units and growing teams from 5 tot 60 to 200 people. Took and different roles from expert, project manager, business developer, business unit lead, owner of the company and worked in US, Europe, Middle East, China. I was also active with own IP and positioning this on the market for CRM applications, lead to opportunity flow. The IP generated 500k ARR on licenses. Today I'm responsible for everything we do for the Process Industry (Chemicals, Mill & Pharma), non-service revenue for SAP (selling licenses), DEL20 community for accelerating innovation at clients and everything involving making our clients happy.
