Christophe Reynaert is a Belgian entrepreneur, investor, and board member with over 20 years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, AI, and digital innovation. He began his career in managed security services and founded IT101, growing it into a leading European provider of advanced email and web security solutions, while also contributing to the European expansion of MessageLabs. IT101 was later acquired by a private equity investor and merged with Destiny (now Dstny), forming the foundation of a successful buy-and-build strategy. In 2020, APAX (Seven2) entered the capital of Dstny. At that point, Christophe stepped down from his operational role but remains a shareholder. Today, Christophe is Co-CEO of BeWell Innovations, a healthtech company focused on improving the patient journey through AI-driven digital care pathways and smart health solutions. He also co-founded CodeNext21, the technological foundation that evolved into Tibo Energy, where he has served as a Board Member since December 2023. Christophe combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. What drives him most is turning R&D into real-world products and scaling them by building exceptional teams that deliver meaningful impact for customers, citizens, and society at large.
