Edgard Vermeersch (48) is the Founder & CEO of Itineris, a globally recognized leader in innovative SaaS solutions for the utilities sector. Since establishing the company in 2003, Edgard has guided Itineris from a start-up to a trusted industry leader across Europe and North America. Under his leadership, the company has revolutionized how energy and water utilities optimize their operations, enhance customer experiences, and meet environmental goals. Today, Itineris employs over 500 professionals and benefits from the support of strong private equity investors. The company has turnover of 110 Mio EUR with an EBITDA of 22 Mio EUR. Edgard is married and has two children. An avid sports enthusiast, Edgard enjoys tennis, squash, kite/wing foiling, golf, and skiing. He has also been a private helicopter pilot for 25 years.
