Emile Symons is a venture capital investor at PMV, where he focuses on backing early-stage technology companies from pre-seed through Series A. He works side by side with founders from the very beginning, supporting ambitious teams building software and technology-driven businesses with long-term capital, strategic insight, and access to a strong partner ecosystem. Currently Emile is guiding the pre-seed and seed stage investment efforts at PMV, including the investment strategy and portfolio. Before becoming an active early-stage investor, Emile built a strong financial foundation. He started his career at Belfius and later joined PwC. He then deepened his investment perspective through VC and PE fund investments across Europe, gaining exposure to a wide range of strategies, sectors, and markets. In 2024, Emile co-founded Venturius, a tech VC community in Belgium and the Netherlands, driven by a belief that the best ideas and deals emerge through open exchange. Together with partners such as Google, Mollie, and Deloitte, Venturius brings investors together in informal, high-quality settings to connect, challenge each other’s thinking, and learn from peers through roundtables and candid panel discussions.
