Johan Albrecht is CFO of Deliverect, the global SaaS scale-up that connects online ordering platforms with restaurant and retail point-of-sale systems. Since joining in 2023, he has been focused on helping the company scale responsibly by building a finance function that is fully digitized, data-driven, and designed for speed, global complexity, and sustainable growth. His role combines supporting the business at the front end with strengthening the financial backbone at the back end, while preparing the company for IPO-level governance and reporting standards.

Before Deliverect, Johan was CFO of Materialise, a Nasdaq-listed 3D printing software and manufacturing company, where he helped guide the company through a phase of strong international growth, platform investments, and enterprise digital transformation. Earlier in his career, he spent many years building and leading a global diagnostics services company, first as CFO and later as managing director.

Johan has spent most of his career at the intersection of technology, operations and finance. He believes that in tech companies, finance should be deeply business-oriented and act as a strategic partner in scaling platforms, teams and organizations — while always keeping a strong eye on governance, compliance and financial fundamentals.

He is known for a pragmatic leadership style, supportive and solution-focused, aimed at moving fast, and for building teams and systems that grow with the business.
