Currently I lead the AI & Tech Lab at Belfius Bank & Insurance and combine this with the job of CEO of ReBel brokerage platform. I'm thrilled to be leading a major transformation at Belfius, where we're bringing together digital, data, and AI to create something truly special. I started my journey here as part of the team responsible for developing the Belfius Mobile app, which has grown into one of the top mobile banking apps worldwide – a project I'm incredibly proud of. Today, I'm focused on making Belfius a frontrunner in human-centric, AI-driven customer experiences. It's all about building scalable data platforms, fostering agile teams, and creating a culture where AI is used responsibly across all our business lines. With a background in marketing, project management, and digital strategy, I've always been drawn to emerging technologies. My experiences living in Beijing, London, and Dubai have given me a unique perspective, blending cultural insights with tech innovation. Outside of work, I'm an active Business Angel and have had the pleasure of serving as a Board Member of Cyclis Bike Lease.
