I am a dual qualified (UK-BE) lawyer with more than thirteen years' experience in financial services regulation in both Belgium and the United Kingdom, where I worked for almost ten years in an international law firm and an investment bank before returning to Belgium. I advise on a range of regulatory matters including licensing applications, payments, digital assets and crypto, asset management, insurance and banking and investment services law. I have also built up extensive experience in FMI subjects (covering trading, clearing and settlement), having advised both participants and the systems themselves on a broad range of issues.
