Julien is a General Partner at 20VC, where he focuses on seed and pre seed investments. In 2025, he co founded and incubated Slashwork. Before venture, he spent 11 years at Facebook as a Vice President, and prior to that was Director of Business Development at Microsoft Corp, where he created the BizSpark global startup program. Julien has been a board member of Le Monde since 2012, is the co author of The Kelkoo.com Success Story (Pearson, 2005), and was an early investor in companies including Tripledot Studios, Pigment, Nabla, Statsig (acquired by OpenAI), Cycle (acquired by Atlassian), Deliveroo, Bloom and Wild, and BeReal (acquired by Voodoo).
