Kai Xue is Vice President Europe at Inceptio Technology, where he represents the company in the European region and leads its business development and strategic collaborations. Inceptio is a leading developer of autonomous driving technologies for heavy-duty trucks, pursuing a dual-track approach from L2+ to L4 with a strong focus on mass production and real-world deployment. Today, over 5,000 trucks equipped with Inceptio’s L2+/L3 systems are operating commercially, accumulating extensive experience in large-scale applications. Kai is currently focused on bringing Inceptio’s proven and scalable autonomous trucking solutions to Europe, working closely with partners across the ecosystem to support the digital transformation and sustainable development of the logistics industry. Prior to joining Inceptio, Kai held leadership roles at the German automotive supplier HELLA, where he also served as CTO of a joint venture, and later led Minth Group’s investment and partnership initiatives in Europe.
