Koen Segers is responsible for defining and executing the business and technology strategy of Dell Technologies in Belgium and Luxembourg. In this role, he works with customers and partners to help them achieve their digital transformation and business objectives by leveraging advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, edge computing, multi-cloud solutions and modern workplace solutions. As Managing Director, Koen has a strong focus on fostering team collaboration and driving business excellence. He is an experienced leader with a deep understanding of the technology needs of businesses in the Belux region and is dedicated to supporting them in their digital transformation journeys. Koen has been with Dell Technologies for more than ten years and has held various leadership positions in services, presales, and sales management. For three years, he led Dell's channel business in Belgium and Luxembourg. In 2021, Koen was named Channel Personality of the Year at the Belgian Channel Awards. In November 2023, he was appointed Managing Director for Belgium and Luxembourg.
