DIAG N’GROW
France🇫🇷
After 17 years at INPI, including eight years as Director of the Intellectual Property Observatory, Laurence Joly co-founded Diag n’Grow, a start-up specialized in the financial valuation of intangible assets.
Born and raised at Euratechnologies in Lille, Diag n’Grow helps European companies turn intangible assets into measurable strategic value. Patents, software, trademarks, know-how, data: the company assesses what often remains invisible, yet drives competitiveness, growth, and investment. Its work supports businesses of all sizes, in all sectors, whenever legal or financial situations require robust qualitative and financial valuation.
Diag n’Grow also works closely with the professionals who advise entrepreneurs every day — investment funds, accountants, auditors, lawyers, tax advisors, and M&A specialists. A member of France Digitale and active in networks such as La French Tech and Réseau Entreprendre, the company is firmly embedded in the French innovation ecosystem.
Laurence Joly regularly speaks on innovation, intellectual property, and entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on how intangible assets can become a lever for strategy, financing, and transformation.
