Lorenzo Nicolodi is a security researcher and founder of Microlab.red, a company dedicated exclusively to high-end offensive security. Fascinated by information security from an early age, Lorenzo has spent over a decade investigating complex systems, embedded devices, IoT platforms, and industrial control infrastructures.

He combines deep technical expertise with hands-on consulting, currently serving as Head of Information Security at Cibuspay and supporting clients across network security, penetration testing, and mobile security. Lorenzo’s work bridges research, practical application, and innovation, always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in cybersecurity.

An experienced speaker and instructor, Lorenzo has presented at conferences including BSides Roma, ITASEC, MOCA, ESC, and 34c3, sharing his research, workshops, and insights with the global security community. He is also an active member of the Associazione Culturale Telematica Metro Olografix, contributing to collaborative cybersecurity initiatives across Italy and beyond.
