Maarten Van Horenbeeck is a Fellow in Cybersecurity at Adobe and previously served as the company’s Chief Security Officer. With more than 20 years of experience leading global security programs, he has operated at the very center of the world’s most influential technology companies.

Before Adobe, Maarten was SVP, Chief Trust Officer and CISO at Zendesk. Earlier in his career, he helped build Amazon’s threat intelligence team and coordinated large-scale vulnerability response efforts at Microsoft — giving him a rare, end-to-end view of security at internet scale.

Beyond industry, Maarten has shaped the global security community. He is a former board member and chairman of FIRST, the world’s leading incident response organization, and served as a Cybersecurity Policy Fellow at New America.
