Maxim Sergeant is driven by a passion for innovation. He began his entrepreneurial journey by digitizing bakeries across 23 countries, pioneering digital transformation in the food sector. Building on this success, Maxim expanded his expertise to help butchers establish an online presence. He then turned his focus to the hospitality industry, leading OrderBilly and orchestrating six acquisitions to secure a market-leading position. Most recently, together with Viktor, Maxim has been reshaping the snack industry in Flanders by introducing innovative snack concepts.
