Michel Coene is the DFIR, Threat Hunting and Threat Intelligence Partner at NVISO where he manages a team of incident responders, forensic analysts, intelligence analyst, and malware reverse engineers that respond to cyber incidents worldwide. Michel specializes in incident response, digital forensics, and threat intelligence himself as well. During his career he had the unique opportunity to work in different areas, building up a significant technical security experience. Additionally, Michel is a SANS Certified Instructor and teaches the SEC599 course: Defeating advanced adversaries, purple team tactics and kill chain defenses. Furthermore, Michel is also an international speaker and has delivered presentations at the SANS Threat Hunting & Incident Response Summit and at RSAC.
