Michel Rzonzef is a former C suite executive at Goodyear, where he led businesses of up to $4B. He drove the company’s rapid expansion and long-term leadership in Emerging Markets (EEMEA), before transforming its European operations from a product-led to a solution-led business model. He now focuses on supporting entrepreneurs, with a strong commitment to developing Luxembourg’s start up ecosystem. With over 20 years of international board experience, he currently serves on several boards, including as Chairman of LBAN (Luxembourg Business Angel Network). Michel holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and completed executive programs at Harvard, INSEAD, and Thunderbird.
