At EnergyVision, I was closely involved in the journey from a small, entrepreneurial organization to a publicly listed company. The IPO was an intense and demanding process — professionalizing systems and processes, strengthening governance, managing stakeholders and regulators — all while keeping the business running and growing. At the same time, it forced us into a rigorous intellectual exercise: clearly explaining what we do, what we stand for, why we are different, and why the public should be willing to invest not only their money, but also their trust. My experience has taught me that going public is never a shortcut. It is a demanding journey that requires resilience, consistency, and a willingness to do the hard work behind the story. While the road is long and costly, I am proud of what we achieved as a team and convinced that the discipline of being listed ultimately makes a company stronger and more sustainable.
