Niek J. Bouman is CTO and founder of Roseman Labs. He holds a BSc and MSc (2007) degrees in Electrical Engineering from Universiteit Twente, and a PhD in cryptography from Universiteit Leiden (2012). During his PhD he was a member of the cryptology group of CWI in Amsterdam. He has held post-doctoral research positions in EPFL (Lausanne, Switzerland) and Technische Universiteit Eindhoven. Also, he worked as a senior researcher at ABN-AMRO bank in the domain of automatic detection of transaction fraud. His interests include cryptography, information theory, machine learning and software engineering.
