Currently leading Startup Relations at Luxinnovation, Luxembourg's national innovation agency, driving startup and scaleup strategies and support. Leading a dedicated team of advisors and programme leads to drive flagship startup accelerators like Fit 4 Start and Fit 4 Scale; promote Startup Luxembourg as a key brand nationally/internationally; and foster a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem in Luxembourg. Previously, as the Director of Founder Institute Benelux, I’ve coached over 200 aspiring entrepreneurs and helped launch 40+ startups across Europe, the U.S., Africa, and Asia.
