Philip Rathle
Philip Rathle is the CTO of Neo4j, where he joined as the company’s first product leader and led the company’s evolution from an early-stage startup to a $2B+ category leader, scaling ARR from under $1M to over $200M. His work powers mission-critical AI applications at 84 of the Fortune 100, including Uber, Walmart, JPMorgan, Novo Nordisk, Siemens, Airbus, BMW, and many more; and thousands of startups. He helped pioneer the graph database category, and to spearhead the new ISO standard graph database language: GQL, now a peer language to SQL. Neo4j now shows up in a huge array of AI applications as the knowledge layer that solves for agentic context– enabling AI to make more accurate and transparent decisions.
