Rein Meirte is one of the founders of Clusity, Belgium’s largest community for women in tech, and a founding partner of FemFutures Collective, where she works on strengthening the femtech entrepreneurship landscape and building the ecosystem around women’s health innovation. Rein operates at the intersection of technology, inclusion, and systemic change. Through Clusity, she has built a powerful platform that connects and elevates women across the Belgian tech industry, from students to senior leaders. With FemFutures Collective, she focuses on unlocking capital, visibility, network and structural support for femtech founders, contributing to more equitable and future-oriented innovations. As a speaker, advisor, and inclusion strategist, Rein collaborates with companies, universities, and policymakers on topics such as inclusive leadership, the future of work in tech, and the structural dynamics shaping opportunity and power in the industry. Her work connects diversity to innovation, culture to performance, and inclusion to long-term sustainability.
