Rigo Van den Broeck is the global EVP for the Mastercard Cybersecurity business. In this role he is combing a continuous stream of innovations in cyber with scaling these solutions to drive not only trust in payments and to help entities, but build out Mastercard cyber business (acquisitions of Recorded Future & Riskrecon) solution that help corporates, SMB's & goverments assess all their cyber risk, to protect their assets. . Rigo Van den Broeck is also a board member of several Cyber companies across the world and a highly solicited speaker & thought leader in cyber security. He is very passionate about cross functional innovation & public-private cooperation to make the world a safer place for all. Rigo Van den Broeck has been an executive in the cyber & payments industry for almost 30 years. Before joining Mastercard, he worked 10 years at KBC. Rigo Van den Broeck holds a Master’s in Applied Economics as well as degrees in Psychology & Education, from the Catholic University of Leuven.​​​​​​​
