As Head of Listing for Benelux and Central & Eastern Europe, Sophie Stegen leads the Benelux listing team responsible for equity and debt listings across multiple markets. She joined Euronext Brussels on July 1, 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous role as Senior Manager in Audit and Assurance at Deloitte in Brussels. In her capacity at Deloitte, Sophie collaborated with both publicly traded and family-owned businesses, providing assurance and advisory services that supported clients throughout their transaction journeys. Her involvement in various complex transactional projects, including mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and capital markets transactions, has equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that businesses encounter in the capital markets.
