Vincent Hebbelynck is Head of Unit VC ICT/Tech at PMV (Vlaamse Investeringsmaatschappij), where he leads equity investments in ventures active in deeptech and digital technology. He works with founders, research centers and co-investors to support the growth of ambitious tech companies in Flanders, combining an investor mindset with a strong focus on long-term value creation. He holds Board Director positions in several tech companies.
