About us
Every day, transport companies receive thousands of orders via email. Unstructured, inconsistent, and in every format imaginable. Some of our clients employ nearly 50 order entry officers whose entire job is copying information from emails and attachments into a TMS. It works, but it's hard to scale and hard to staff.Vectrix solves this. Our AI platform reads incoming order emails, extracts shipment details, applies customer-specific business rules, and delivers validated entries directly into existing transport management systems. No templates. No manual rules. Just accurate, ready-to-use shipment data. What makes Vectrix different from traditional document processing is what happens when information is missing. A typical order email might say "12 pallets, same as last week." That needs to become 35+ structured fields in a TMS. Vectrix completes orders using internal SOPs, customer exception rules, and historical patterns, not just what's written in the email. We don't automate humans out of the process. We work alongside them. The AI prefills each order, then a human reviews it. When the AI makes a mistake, the operator corrects it, and the system learns. Full automation happens gradually, once trust is established. The result: order processing time drops from ten minutes to under one minute, with 92% of orders processed without manual intervention.Vectrix currently handles full truckload (FTL) road transport and deep-sea container shipping. Our customers include some of Europe's largest transport operators. We recently raised €1.15M in oversubscribed seed funding and are onboarding a new client every week.Founded in 2024 by repeat entrepreneurs and headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, Vectrix is built to become the standard for automated order intake across European transport and freight.
